Recent v1.1 changes:

- Removed bilinear filter on pixel sprites.

- Cursor no longer visible during levels.

- Ground paddle no longer loading behind the background.

- Fixed resolution and text boxes so the text will stay anchored in it's correct position on non 16:9 monitors and stay the correct size.
